In the second quarter of 2025, the top news and magazines apps in Colombia showed varied performance trends according to data from Sensor Tower's unified platform.

X (Formerly Twitter) saw a consistent level of weekly downloads, peaking at 48.5K in early June. Revenue trends fluctuated, peaking at around $9K in late April, while weekly active users reached a high of approximately 6.2M in early June.

Noticias Locales experienced a steady increase in downloads, culminating in 26.4K at the end of June. Active users also rose, reaching over 221K by the quarter's close.

Noticias Caracol showed a notable surge in downloads in June, peaking at 17K. Active user numbers followed a similar upward trend, ending at about 68.6K.

Noticias Telemundo had a spike in downloads in early April at 26.2K, but saw a decline towards the end of the quarter. Active users also decreased, dropping to around 6.7K by late June.

Tomorrow's Affairs had a significant increase in downloads in late May with 9.5K, though active users showed a dip mid-quarter before recovering to 4K by the end of June.
